Owner reporting and payouts
As investors ourselves, we think you should always be able to see how your property is doing and how you get paid. We report on occupancy, revenue and payouts, and your rental income is deposited straight into your bank account.
What is included
Occupancy, revenue and payout reporting
You get reports on occupancy, revenue and payouts for your property.
Direct deposit
Your rental income is deposited into your bank account, after the management fee and any expenses we paid on your behalf.
An itemized agreement
The owner agreement lists the fee and each extra charge, so there are no surprises.
Terms in writing
We put our rate in writing before you sign anything.
How it works
-
A guest books and pays
Our fee is a share of the rent a guest pays for the stay, so we are paid when your property is booked.
-
Fee and expenses are accounted for
The management fee and any expenses we paid on your behalf come out of the rental income.
-
The rest goes to you
The remainder of the rental income is deposited into your bank account.
-
You see the results
Your reports show occupancy, revenue and payouts for your property.
Good to know
Costs that belong to the property
These costs belong to the property, not to UniqBnB:
- Upkeep and repairs: owners are responsible for the condition of the property and for normal wear and tear.
- Guest-ready supplies: owners provide the items on the guest-ready checklist, such as bedding and kitchen basics.
- Extra services: anything outside the standard scope is only done and charged if you ask.
Why there is no number on this site
Our fee depends on the property, its market and the services you need, so one published number wouldn't fit every home. We would rather look at your rental first, talk it through with you on a call and put the terms in writing.
Questions to ask any rental manager
When you compare management companies, ask each one these five questions. We are glad to answer all five in writing.
- What percentage do you charge, and on what amount?
- Which costs are billed to me besides the fee?
- How long is the contract, and how can I leave it?
- Who answers my guests, and when?
- How and when do I get paid?
What we ask of you
- Read the owner agreement, including the extra charges it lists, before you sign.
Owner reporting and payouts: questions owners ask
How does UniqBnB charge for management?
We charge a percentage of the rental income your property earns, and we are paid when your property is booked.
Does UniqBnB publish its management percentage?
Not on this site. The rate depends on the property and the services, so we talk it through with you on a call and put it in writing before you sign.
How do I get paid?
Your rental income is deposited into your bank account, after the fee and any expenses we paid on your behalf.
Are there costs besides the management fee?
Yes. Owners pay for upkeep of the property, the supplies on the guest-ready checklist and any extra services they ask for. The owner agreement lists every extra charge.
